Don Prinster 

Don Prinster, REALTORS was founded by Broker/Owner, Donald Prinster in 1986. Don began his real estate career in 1984 with McKelvey, REALTORS. He was McKelvey’s Rookie of the Year in 1984 and managed McKelvey’s St. Charles office in 1985, then founded Prinster, REALTORS in 1986. 

A commercial store front was opened in 1987 in St. Charles and the business quickly grew to 10 salespeople. The brokerage was franchised in 1988 with Century 21 as Century 21 Prinster, REALTORS. The business was sold in 1995 to Century 21 Target, REALTORS, where Don continued in sales and was Target’s top producer. Don’s affiliation ended with Target in 1997 and since that time has been known as Prinster, REALTORS. 

While maintaining the business until 2004, Don also served his community as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the St. Charles Fire Department, where he retired as Captain. During 2005 Don had the opportunity for the first time to dedicate his full time efforts to Prinster, REALTORS, and the result was record sales. In 2006, despite the downturn in the residential market he again recorded a record sales increase of 350%. 

Don has continued to expand his real estate knowledge and holds the following designations:  

Graduate, Realtor Institute Designation (GRI) – an additional 90 hours of training in real estate, covering topics which include marketing, financing, new home construction, etc. 

Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designation – designed to assist with working with buyers 

E-Pro Certified – a course designed to assist with working with technology in real estate 

Master of Real Estate (MRE) - A special “tip of the hat” to recognize member of the Missouri Association of REALTORS for their dedication to lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.  

Laura Bieker 

Laura Bieker joined Prinster, REALTORS in 2006 during her third year in the real estate industry. As a consistent top producer and former trainer in the real estate business, she made a great addition to the team. Previous professional experience as a manager, recruiter and trainer in the healthcare and informational technology industries assist her in working with the public regarding their real estate needs.  

Laura holds an Association of Science in Criminal Justice from St. Charles Community College and has been licensed as a broker since July, 2005. Additional continuing education and designations include:

Marjorie Mitchell 

Marjorie Mitchell also joined the Prinster, REALTORS team in 2006. She started her real estate career like a rocket! Marjorie came out of real estate school with clients waiting and was very successful during her first year. Her second year has proven to be a success, as well!  

Prior work history in the dental profession has taught her a great deal about customer service, which she exemplifies with her real estate clients. As a lifelong St. Louis area resident, she is very active with her two young sons and attends a LOT of baseball and basketball games with them!
